About
The Lethbridge Sport Council (LSC) is a not-for-profit organization providing leadership and a collective voice for sport in Lethbridge. We work to build an inclusive, accessible and thriving sport community by supporting the people and organizations that make sport happen and helping more people find their place in sport.
Through partnerships, programs, education, resources and community connections, LSC strengthens local sport organizations, develops coaches, volunteers and leaders, supports participation across the lifespan, and helps reduce barriers to getting involved. Our work also includes sport tourism and event hosting, community initiatives such as the Lethbridge Sport Bank, and collaborative projects that use sport to create positive social and economic impact.
Working alongside municipal, business, nonprofit, education and sport partners, LSC champions the important role sport plays in building healthy people, connected communities and a stronger Lethbridge.
