The Southern Alberta Self-Help Association (SASHA) is a fully accredited and licensed non-profit organization dedicated to empowering adults with severe and persistent mental illness to achieve personal success through a continuum of supportive living options. Funded by Recovery Alberta and community grants, SASHA provides individualized, evidence-based services that promote stability, independence, and community reintegration. Program Overview SASHA delivers residential services through a client-centered approach, meeting individuals where they are in their recovery journey. We believe in each person_x0019_ s capacity to manage their life and make their own decisions. SASHA staff work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized, strength-based support plans designed to equip them with the skills necessary for leading healthy, independent lives. Our services are available to adults aged 18_x0013_ 64 who are diagnosed with severe or persistent mental illness. SASHA also supports individuals under a Community Treatment Order (CTO) or those experiencing housing insecurity, mental health challenges, or chronic health conditions.
